Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including demand letters, business contracts, civil complaints, responsive pleadings, and motions;
• Represent clients in real estate matters, such as acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing and collateral enforcement, and foreclosure transactions;
• Prepare and submit family-based and employment-based immigration petitions with USCIS;
• Provide legal consulting services to individual and corporate clients;
• Engage in business due diligence, liquidation and sales and purchase of stock;
• Conduct legal research and case law comparison and analysis;
• Interview clients and provide legal advice;
• Represent clients in settlement conference;

Requirements

• At least a master’s degree in Law
• Must be licensed to practice law in California
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Time management and adapting to change
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Strong communication skills
• One work location in Monterey Park
