Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including demand letters, business contracts, civil complaints, responsive pleadings, and motions;<\/li>\n
  • Represent clients in real estate matters, such as acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing and collateral enforcement, and foreclosure transactions;<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and submit family-based and employment-based immigration petitions with USCIS;<\/li>\n
  • Provide legal consulting services to individual and corporate clients;<\/li>\n
  • Engage in business due diligence, liquidation and sales and purchase of stock;<\/li>\n
  • Conduct legal research and case law comparison and analysis;<\/li>\n
  • Interview clients and provide legal advice;<\/li>\n
  • Represent clients in settlement conference;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/p>\n

      \n
    • At least a master\u2019s degree in Law<\/li>\n
    • Must be licensed to practice law in California<\/li>\n
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Time management and adapting to change<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in Mandarin<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills<\/li>\n
    • One work location in Monterey Park<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
